This website is operated by ThriftJacket, a brand of 999 Commerce LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our services and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 1. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete. You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping and contact details are correct at checkout.

2. Products

We sell vintage, secondhand, and deadstock garments. You cna reach out ans ask for a condition of a specific product we sell, we will be happy to inform you if the prduct is deadstock or pre-owned. Natural signs of age, wear, and character are inherent to vintage clothing and are described to the best of our ability in each product listing.

We make every effort to display product colours, measurements, and condition as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the true colour of an item, and slight variation is normal.

As most items are one of a kind, stock is limited. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or cancel an order for a product that is unavailable, mispriced, or otherwise affected by error.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including pricing errors, and to cancel orders arising from such errors, even after an order has been submitted. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, an unauthorised transaction, or a breach of these terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund for that order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our facility, transit times are subject to the carrier and factors outside our control. Risk and responsibility relating to delivery are addressed in our Refund & Return Policy.
