SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

This policy explains how we ship your order and how returns and refunds work. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
Processing time. Orders are processed in 3-5 days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping time. Once your order has shipped, delivery takes 7-12 business days.
Shipping cost. Shipping is a flat $9.99 per order. Orders over $200 ship free. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking. Every order comes with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show its first scan, so please give it a little time before contacting us.
Address accuracy. Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@thriftjacket.com and we will try to correct it before the order ships.
Lost or damaged orders. If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within 20 business days of shipping, contact us at support@thriftjacket.com with your order number and, for damaged items, a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Returns. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging and condition. To start a return, contact us first at support@thriftjacket.com with your order number so we can approve it and send you the correct return address. Items sent back without first contacting us, or sent to any address other than the one we provide, may not be accepted or refunded.
Return shipping and costs. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please use a tracked shipping method so both sides can confirm delivery. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will refund the item price to your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days of approval, and your bank may take additional time to show the credit.
Exchanges. If you need a different size, contact us at support@thriftjacket.com and we will help you arrange an exchange or a return and new order.
