Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ThriftJacket. Please read the following information about how and when your order will reach you.

Processing & Shipping Times

Processing 3-5 days, Shipping 7-12 business days.

Once your order is placed, we prepare and dispatch it within the processing window above. After it ships, the shipping window is the estimated time for it to reach you. Please note these are estimates, not guarantees, and total delivery time is the processing time plus the shipping time.

Where We Ship From

We source our pieces globally and fulfill orders through our international shipping partners. Because each piece travels from our fulfillment partners to you, a delivery window applies to every order. We appreciate your patience while your piece makes its way to you.

Tracking

Every order is sent with a tracking number. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link so you can follow its progress. If you have not received tracking details, please check your spam or promotions folder first, and if you still cannot find them, email us at support@thriftjacket.com.

We ship using tracked delivery so that both you and we can confirm when an order has been dispatched and delivered.

Delays

Occasionally, factors outside our control, such as customs processing, carrier backlogs, weather, or peak seasons, can affect delivery times. While these delays are uncommon, they can happen, and we ask for your understanding if your order takes a little longer than the estimated window. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses & Uncollected Parcels

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or for parcels that are not collected by the recipient. Matters relating to lost or undelivered parcels are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
